  • 1 cup of flour

Cinnamon Sugar Doughnuts Recipe:

  1. In one bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix them together.
  2. In another bowl, combine the egg, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture into the first bowl with the dry ingredients.
  3. Stir everything together until well combined, then pour the doughnut mixture into a doughnut baking pan. Fill each cavity about 3/4 full.
  4. Bake at 180°C (about 350°F) for approximately 10-12 minutes.
