- 1 cup of flour

- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup of buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon of oil

For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Cinnamon Sugar Doughnuts Recipe:
- In one bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix them together.
- In another bowl, combine the egg, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture into the first bowl with the dry ingredients.
- Stir everything together until well combined, then pour the doughnut mixture into a doughnut baking pan. Fill each cavity about 3/4 full.
- Bake at 180°C (about 350°F) for approximately 10-12 minutes.
If you're unsure if the doughnuts are ready, insert a toothpick into the thickest part. If it comes out clean, it's time to take them out of the oven. Let the doughnuts cool for about 5 minutes, then remove them from the pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then roll the doughnuts in the mixture.
